These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between France Raceboard Association and the purchaser, as well as the conditions applicable to all purchases made on the www.franceracebooard.org website.

How to register
It is your responsibility to fill in all fields relating to your address and personal details (surname, first name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address) correctly and accurately. You are responsible for the information provided. In the event of an error or omission in the delivery address, making delivery of your order impossible, you will be held responsible and no refund will be made. You will also be liable for the cost of returning your order.
Registration on our site is free of charge. You can cancel it at any time. You can delete your customer account by sending an e-mail to contact@franceraceboard.org.
Pricing policy
All our prices shown on the site are in Euros and include VAT for European Union countries (excluding French overseas departments and territories).
France Raceboard Association reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
France Raceboard Association reserves the right to cancel a sale if a display error shows a derisory price such that the informed consumer cannot claim to have taken this price for the real value of the item.
Inventory levels
Stock levels are shown in real time on our website. However, for logistical reasons, stock discrepancies may occur. In such cases, our sales department will contact you to inform you of the provisional delivery date, or to propose an alternative solution for rapid delivery.
On each product sheet, the words "In stock" or "Available in ..." inform you in real time whether the product is available or not. The number of days required to restock a product ("Available in") is given as an indication in working days (Monday to Friday).
Terms of payment
Payment by credit card
Payment by credit card is the fastest way to pay for your order.
This method of payment is fully secured by our Caisse d'Epargne banking system, which uses the SYSTEMPAY online payment module. Credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network.
As soon as your bank has validated your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming the bank transaction.
The amount will be debited from your bank account immediately after validation.
Payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is available for all European Union countries.
Our bank details will be sent to you at the end of your order, and also by e-mail with the confirmation of your order.
Once your order has been validated on our website, your items will be reserved for 10 days. If we do not receive your bank transfer within 10 days, your order will be cancelled and the products returned to stock. Your order will be validated and dispatched on receipt of your bank transfer.
Right of withdrawal
Non-professional buyers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period "after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods".
The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to test the product. European Directive 2011/83/EU specifies that "the use of the good by the consumer to establish its nature, functioning or characteristics must consist of handling similar to that which would be permitted in a store".
You have 14 days from the day you inform us in writing of your wish to return the product you do not wish to keep.
