THE FRA 202 COURSE4

The FRA course is intergenerational.

TARGET LEVEL: advanced/intermediate.

TARGET GROUPS: neo-raceboarders, riders wanting to consolidate their basics. Intergenerational: 7 to 77 years old, men and women.

A typical day will consist of a meeting in the early afternoon, leaving the mornings free. Supervised by a local state-qualified coach, Benoit PAILLARD, who knows raceboarding inside out, the group will compare set-ups and present the day's technical objectives. Each daily session on the water will end with one or more short training runs, followed by an indoor debriefing. Depending on weather conditions, the day may be postponed to the morning.

On a practical level, the club will provide its windsurfing rack, as well as storage space for rigged sails (one sail per person) for the duration of the course. A motorboat provided by the club will enable on-the-water supervision and storage of personal belongings and supplies.
